The Hydrating Avocado Mask

This soothing and moisturizing mask is perfect after you've had a long day in the outside in the sun.


Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 teaspoon plain organic yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Here's how you'll make and apply it:


Mash the avocado until it's soft

Mix in the yogurt and honey until it forms a paste.

Apply to your face and leave on for 10-15 minutes.


The Brightening Egg White Mask

Egg white proteins do wonders on oily skin types, tightens pores, and diminishes acne-causing bacteria. The turmeric powder in this mask will act as a brightening agent that will even out your skin tone. Be sure to wear something you don't main staining 'cause the turmeric can be messy.


Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon of orange juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Here's how you'll make and apply it:


Whisk the egg whites with orange juice and turmeric

Leave the mask on for 15 minutes

Wash off the mask with water once it's dried.



Soothing Honey Mask


Cinnamon is known to reduce inflammation and redness. It is also capable of absorbing excess oil when applied regularly. Lemon acid helps to exfoliate your skin and is also capable of minimizing the appearance of dark spots.


Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of pure honey

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 wedge of fresh lemon

Here's how you'll make and apply it:


Warm the honey in the microwave for a few seconds

Combine it with the cinnamon and the juice of a lemon wedge into a small bowl.

Gently massage the mixture onto your face and leave on for about 15-20 minutes, then rinse off.



The Exfoliating Brown Sugar Scrub Mask


Brown sugar relinquishes dead skin and the coconut oil used in the mixture packs it with moisture. The result? A soft and radiant finish.


Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil

Use equal parts brown sugar and coconut oil to form an easy scrub

Apply it on your face in gentle circular motions

Let it sink in for a few minutes and wash it off with warm water.



The Blotch-Fighting Milk Mask

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 2 tablespoons of nutmeg

  • 2 teaspoons of milk

Slather on this honey milk mask to treat acne-prone skin.
