These banana oatmeal pancakes can easily be made for you or the family. They are nutritious and filling and give a different flavour to your favourite breakfast staples. Let's check it out.
Recipe
2 ripe bananas
1 egg (can be made without for a vegan pancake)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup instant or old fashion oats
1/4 salt (optional)
1/2 cup coconut, almond, soy, cows milk/water
Toppings/Add-ons
Raisins
Banana Slices
Sliced Almonds
*Recipe can be adjusted based on preferences*
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Heat a skillet or stove-top griddle.
Add a tablespoon of butter to pot, when the butter has melted add the batter and make the pancakes according to your preferred size and thickness.
