Melonnie Sadler denounces the world with new single

As we continue to walk in the light, we caught up with recording artist Melonnie Sadler, who is currently based in Antigua and Barbuda.

The 27-year-old singer-songwriter from Jamaica emphasized that walking in the light can influence others to serve Christ as well.

Sadler has recently released a new song titled "Goodbye World," which she hopes will achieve even greater success than her previous releases.

Her recent songs have performed exceptionally well in terms of streams and impact. She shared that her first single, "Praise You Lord," was a testimony, while "Goodbye World" serves as a declaration of her commitment to follow Christ fully.

Sadler mentioned that she frequently listens to artists like Luciano, Garnett Silk, and Samuel Medas, though she notes that she hasn't been directly inspired by any particular artist. Her latest release showcases her lyrical elegance and musical talent. The song was written on the 'Something Good Riddim' produced by Glenroy James, which has also featured artists such as Johnmark Wiggan and Nacha Kid.

Performing gospel music has not been without its challenges for Sadler. She describes her journey as both "bittersweet, challenging, and rewarding." She highlighted the financial and material struggles and the lack of community support as significant hurdles. "You could lose motivation if you're not careful," she warned. Despite these obstacles, she remains focused, believing that God is with her and that her ministry will bless others.

In our conversation, Sadler discussed the trials she has faced, which have tested her faith and strengthened her resilience. “No one who embarks on a meaningful journey can say it was easy. You will encounter obstacles and face giants, but you must persevere,” she said.

Sadler’s determination to endure is rooted in her belief that she is called to this ministry. She has been performing "Goodbye World" at gospel events throughout Antigua and the Caribbean, and she hopes it will bless listeners worldwide. In an era where people champion various causes, it is inspiring to see a young woman passionately committed to her faith and ready to follow God completely.

"Goodbye World" is now available on all digital music streaming platforms and comes highly recommended.
